  Different manufacturers have different designs for the formulation of hardeners for cement floors and concrete pavements, but they usually contain inorganic compound, the compound undergoes a complex series of chemical reactions with the calcium oxide contained in concrete.   4、Can a lot of raw concrete be treated with ChemTec ?

  Many concrete surfaces, especially parking lots and pavements, are formed primarily by hard-bristle brushes or corrugated rollers. Many industrial floors are polished with electric machines, and ChemTec works well with any polishing method.

  If the rough concrete floor of the parking lot is sealed and hardened and ChemTec is used with low coverage, the usual 18 m2/gallon coverage should be reduced to 15 m2/gallon for rough ground. If the surface area is large and loose, the rough surface will have more and larger pores than the dense polished concrete. So more ChemTec is needed to seal and Harden.

  However, whether ChemTec is used in smooth or rough concrete, its chemical properties are the same. When ChemTec penetrates into concrete and reacts with it strongly, gel is formed in the pores of concrete, thus increasing the compactness of concrete. Rough floor needs more raw materials, as long as enough raw materials will be effective.

  The CHEMTEC is demonstrated by its performance in a zero square metre parking lot. ChemTec has the same effect of hardening, dustproof and wear-resisting on rough floor as on industrial floor. The only difference is that a rough finish doesn't produce the same intense shine as a ChemTec on an industrial floor.

  5、Can New and old terrazzo floors be treated with ChemTec ?

  The traditional terrazzo has the unique advantages of low cost, arbitrary color mixing and mosaic, convenient construction, etc. , however, the traditional construction technology of terrazzo floor after 3-5 years of use has become very rough, weathering, abrasion, stain spots, dim. New ground such as protection is not good in has not yet been delivered to use dirty, but also to daily hygiene and cleaning bring serious obstacles.

  How to make the weathered and worn terrazzo restore its original beauty, the current commonly used method in China is to clean the stone surface of the dirt, hit a layer of wax.
